This device removes dirt, dust, sebum, and grease that could not be eliminated by conventional ultrasonic or adhesive methods, using a combination of vibration and water flow (discharge and suction). It creates intense vibrations and water flow (discharge and suction) with a special three-layer structure (patented). The effect is that the liquid in the bathtub remains gentle while generating a synergistic effect of underwater vibrations and discharge/suction on the substrate. As a result, contaminants are dispersed in the bath, allowing for separation and discharge while preventing re-adhesion. "Clean Ace" is a washing machine that allows for the cleaning and rinsing of long sheets such as reflective films for fruit trees and agricultural plastics, enabling both sides of the film to be cleaned simultaneously and automatically rolled up. The brushes are arranged in a spiral pattern, washing the sheet while spreading it outward from the center. The shower pipe allows for increased water flow, effectively rinsing away dirt after brush cleaning.
